Dear Sir, K? He was doing about seven a day for a while. He's been selling them around STL for 50 cents each, so you could probably get him to sell you a couple as well.
The Awkward Alligator is the literary magazine organized and lovingly shuffled together by the people of RE:. Our goal with the AA is to find smart writers and present them to smart readers. In doing this, we hope to create an open forum for the works that the more conservative publications refuse to print.
To submit work (poetry, fiction, essay, artist's statements, strongly worded letters, etc.) e-mail us at:
awkwardalligator@gmail.com
or send it to:

RE:
RE: is for play, serious and otherwise.
Created and maintained as a collective, its efforts are in support of significant work - textual, visual, or both. Work that is often marginalized or ignored outright by established institutions.
Our ongoing projects include The Awkward Alligator, the Excerpts page, The Wish Tank, and several pieces of mail art. Each is unique in the expression and experimentation it affords. Experimentation in image, language, context, and culture.
Originality but also accessibility are essential to the discourse and community support we hope to create. The ability to do good work worth the risk and show decency towards others in their work are the only conditions for contribution.
If you have a desire to be added to our mailing list, to get involved, or if you just have a general inquiry, you can reach us at:
re.word.artists@gmail.com.
We're excited to unvail our the new official Awkward Alligator cover design and layout. And, fear not, the wonderful illustrations that at one time graced the covers of our magazine, you shall find them still abounding on the inside.

This is by far my favorite poem by this man. Why doesn't he do more work like this?

I like turtles; we should do more with those.
